Once you are riding with IMT you can rest easy as we monitor each of our vehicles for speed and location in-real-time through GPS tracking. Each vehicle is equipped with specialized equipment to safely secure wheelchairs and stretchers to the vehicle utilizing multiple points of contact. Our Transportation Specialists complete a 17-point vehicle inspection prior to operating the vehicle and all employees receive industry leading training in CPR, Emergency Vehicle Operations, First Aid, and numerous methods of patient transfer.

Our Medical Concierge service begins with our vehicles. Our new model Toyota Sienna’s provide a passenger car look and ride while having the widest rear entry available today. Our rear ramp is low to the ground with a gradual incline to provide easy entry to the vehicle. Once inside you will quickly recognize the feeling of openness the vehicle provides.
Of course, this is only the beginning of what makes us different. Once you are safely in the vehicle your Transportation Specialist will offer you a cold beverage and ensure you are comfortable. Our vehicles have 3 climate control zones letting you decide what temperature best suits you. We have many entertainment options with over 100 types of radio stations through XM or internet radio and, for those longer rides, a flat panel video monitor is available to help pass the miles.
